The points and benefits included in the Pine Beach loyalty program are only available after a reservation has been made and used at the Pine Beach resort. Canceled or otherwise unfulfilled reservations are not eligible for points and benefits included in the Pine Beach Loyalty Program. 

Pine Beach Loyalty Program is only available for individual guests who have booked directly through the Pine Beach Pakostane website or a Pine Beach e-mail offer. Pine Beach Loyalty Program does not apply to reservations made indirectly through travel agencies or other indirect sales channels.

The points and benefits included in the Pine Beach loyalty program are not transferable to other persons. Points, benefits, items and services from the loyalty store cannot be exchanged for money, discounts or other products and services.

Reservations made before the creation of the Pine Beach Loyalty Program cannot be converted into points, and the benefits and services included in the Pine Beach Loyalty Program cannot be applied to reservations that precede it.

The images of the products available in the loyalty store are of an informative nature, and may differ to a lesser extent from the actual product.

User data collected in the Pine Beach Loyalty Program is subject to the same terms and data protection policies, which you can review here.
